● Services

What We Do

Business Development and Planning

We help clients launch new business initiatives and build a financial foundation for growth. This includes:

  • Analysing the business opportunity and creating a strategy to capitalise on it
  • Determining the best approach to implementing that strategy
  • Developing a financial model with performance assumptions
  • Creating cash flow statements, balance sheet, and income statements
  • Determining funding requirements and financing structure

Accessing Capital

When you need funding, we design the right structure and source it. We work across the full capital stack:

  • Devising equity and loan structures aligned to your financial plan
  • Sourcing financing from commercial and private lenders and equity investors
  • Soliciting and evaluating financing proposals to find the right fit
  • Refining existing finance and collateral structures where needed
  • Providing corporate structure advice
  • Negotiating terms, reviewing documentation, and closing the deal

Financial Restructuring

When circumstances change, we help clients adapt and protect their position:

  • Individual financial and asset restructuring
  • Structuring and executing debt-for-equity exchanges
  • Negotiating and amending credit agreements and leases
  • Designing and implementing financing-driven recapitalisations
  • Selling non-core assets
  • Managing wind-downs and liquidations to maximise value where necessary

Catalog and Library Monetisation

Your music, film, or media catalog is a valuable asset. We help you unlock that value through creative deal structures:

  • Purchase or partial purchase
  • Loan against catalog value
  • Hybrid combination of partial purchase and loan

Financial investors are actively seeking stable, predictable cash flows from entertainment assets — and increased demand has pushed valuations up. We work across all genres and catalog sizes, including those with annual cash flows as low as $500k.

We can monetise catalogs with or without retaining rights to administer or distribute publishing, and across master recordings including producer royalties. Catalog monetisation can also be combined with other financial services we provide.

Library Management

We manage your catalog on an ongoing basis so you always know where you stand:

  • Preparing individual film cash flows by market
  • Managing relationships with distributors and lenders
  • Determining potential for international overages
  • Monitoring and invoicing international distributors for payments
  • Calculating residuals and third-party participations
  • Identifying viable remake, sequel, or repurposing opportunities within the library
  • Reporting to management monthly or as needed

Film Investment Analysis

For investors and producers evaluating a film, we provide the financial clarity needed to make confident decisions:

  • Creating film and talent models to project domestic and international box office performance
  • Developing box office sensitivity models to assess potential profit and loss
  • Evaluating the commercial strength of a talent package
  • Estimating the amount and timing of performance overages from US and worldwide distribution
  • Developing a finance plan to determine equity requirements and risk capital
  • Preparing greenlight memos and supporting financial schedules
